With this innovative upgrade, you can seamlessly unclip your current soft goods suspension system and replace it with our custom conversion band. Once installed, you’ll be able to fit a more conventional liner system—the same style used in traditional leather fire helmets.
Best of all, this conversion is done without sending your helmet to us. We simply ship you the part, and you clip it in yourself. Our team is also available to walk you through the fitting process and answer any questions over the phone.
The result is a dramatic transformation in fit, comfort, and overall feel of your Phenix helmet.
We will be offering two size options: Medium (6 3/8 - 7 1/2) and Large (7 5/8 - 7 7/8). These sizes will align with traditional industry standards, ensuring a familiar fit. In addition, we will provide a variety of soft-goods liner configurations, available with or without earflaps.
